Dr. Lee A. Kleiman is a highly respected ENT and facial plastic surgeon with a reputation for excellence in personalized patient care. With extensive training from the University of Maryland, the University of Toronto, and the University Hospital of Bern, he specializes in sinus care, voice and swallowing disorders, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and non-surgical aesthetics. Dr. Kleiman is the co-founder of Anne Arundel ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery and serves as the medical director of Severn River Medispa & Laser Center. Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling, boating, biking, and playing drums in a rock band.
Dr. Brandon Wachal was born and raised in Nebraska. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a dual major in biology and Spanish. Following receiving his Bachelor’s degree, Dr. Wachal then completed both medical school and his residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He then went on to complete a prestigious facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship with Dr. Michael Godin in conjunction with Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Wachal received board certification in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in 2021. He treats all conditions related to head and neck surgery and specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck.
